Week 1+ 2 Quadruped Locomotion

I was a little bit uneasy regarding this project.
The reason why was because of my own choice of animating a dog .
This project proved to be quite a hard task.
As I never  animated an animal before I believe I should go to animal more simple to animate like a skirell, not that skirells are super easy, but I believe it would not give such an hard time like he dog did.

I used the footage of an actual dog to sketch out the cycle. Finding References for the Dog was not the dificult part, because to be fair, there is enomerous reference around the internet.
I first looked at the structure of the dog skeleton, to see how the bones were positionated, and located.
After reserching I start sketching, . I realise after a few sketches and already knew how to draw a dog without looking at it..  Finding References for the Dog was not the dificult part, because to be fair, there is enomerous reference around the internet.

Mooved from the researching and sketching part I  finaly felt redy to animate. There was when everything start going wrong. At first the cycle never match, and after a few atemps I start getting frustated. The walk cycle was the hardest part for me .

After a few more atempts, ad changing the dog drawing loathes of time, I start trying to put them together, which still look odd, but my time was running and I did not had much time to improve it
 anyway.
